Here’s a great mashup made by Balbierz, an up and coming mashup artist out of NYC. It features Kid Cudi and Travis Barker from “Cool Head” over an Awolnation instrumental. ” As unusual as this song appears, the mash up is a huge success.

I’m gonna try and do something a little different for this Monday Mashup. As some of you may know, Kid Cudi is one of our favorite mainstream artists making music right now. I enjoy listening to his music to chill but i have found that there are some great remixes that make for a solid party track. I know that some of them may be old, but they are still great. MKE is a new mash-up artist based out of Michigan. Though he is young and lacks a track record, he certainly isn’t lacking in talent. MKE blends well known songs from top artists like Wiz Khalifa with great dupstep and techno artists and producers to create a unique sound that can be perfect for both a banger or just a chill night with your bros. This Jewboy can mash. Unlike 5 & A Dime, DJ Jewboy has a mashup style more similar to Girltalk than Super Mash Bros. He makes mashups that you can actually listen to when you chill and none of his tracks stand out as straight “Party Tracks.” I personally like this because you rarely see this from DJ’s now since many focus almost exclusively on making tracks for high school or college parties. This mixtape was released on Thursday (4/28) and at that point my mind was melted thanks to Chiddy Bang’s record breaking 9+ hour freestyle. I wish I had listened to it earlier because I am glad with what I have heard.Below is one of my favorite tracks from his newest mixtape “Let My People Flow”. Expect mashups different from any we have posted before. Enjoy.
